In 2014, Chris left industry to join our practice. Chris, has over 27 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service in the Specialty Coatings and Industrial Supply arena. A team focused professional who excels at cultivating talent organically or through acquisition, provides a proven record of results in change management through talent serving as the foundation for his clients. Chris prides himself at not only identifying but leading the efforts of his clients talent initatives.
As practice leader for our Specialty Coatings Group, Chris creates a proactive, results driven culture, while developing solutions for his clients with a sense of urgency. Chris’ awards include Lean Methodology, Standard Work, 5S, A3 modeling. Chris holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Chris and his wife Laurel reside in Medina, OH with their two teenage daughters.
